MiniMax Code includes a Code Review command for reviewing local changes in the current workspace. The Agent understands the diff and checks for potential issues across correctness, security, and maintainability.
When to Use It
- Run an automated first pass before submitting code
- Check whether local diffs contain obvious correctness issues
- Focus on security, compatibility, maintainability, or boundary cases
- Let a separate session handle review to keep the current development task focused
How to Use It

Prepare local changes
Make code changes in the workspace so the Changes panel or Git diff has something to review.

Run the Review command
Use the built-in Code Review command, or ask MiniMax Code to review the current local changes. You can review all uncommitted changes, or only the changes created by the Agent in the previous turn.

Add review criteria
Add your own focus areas, such as security, performance, compatibility, test coverage, or risks in a specific module.

Handle findings
Findings are linked to specific code lines when possible. Open the original file and continue editing. Files that look correct can be marked as viewed.
Review and Filter Changes
Code Review supports switching between different Diff scopes:- All uncommitted changes
- Changes created by the Agent in the previous turn
- Viewed and unviewed files
